Evoke Consulting is seeking a Data Analyst in Washington, DC to streamline data collection, validate submissions, and develop tools to improve reporting efficiency. The role requires coordinating data calls and producing clear insights for federal clients.

The ideal candidate will design Power BI dashboards, work with stakeholders to optimize processes, and support SOP development. Onsite work in Washington, DC with federal security requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience using and tracking tasks with ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate organizational data calls, ensuring timely, accurate, and complete submissions from stakeholders.
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize complex data sets, track performance metrics, and communicate insights to leadership.
• Partner with stakeholders across business units to design and implement optimized processes that align with organizational goals.
• Data call support (analysis and development of response for federal staff approval).
• Provide input, document requirements, and support SOP design and delivery.
• Lead process discovery and mapping sessions to document current workflows and performance metrics.
