Significance, Inc. seeks a CMS Transportation Business Analyst for an on-site role in Baltimore, MD, contingent on award. You will support federal civilian and DoD customers, maintain SLAs, and interact with a broad team to resolve issues while managing accounts and providing insights.

The position requires extensive experience with Excel (macros), PowerPoint, MS Project, and strong writing and communication skills to support executive-level stakeholders.

Formación

• 5-6 years taking detailed notes and publishing meeting minutes.
• 5-6 years developing and preparing PowerPoint presentations for executive management.
• Expert level Excel including macros and data analysis.
• Highly proficient in MS Project.
• Excellent writing skills and ability to simplify complex scenarios.
• Experience with transportation or transit subsidy programs in federal government desired.
• Experience using Salesforce and SharePoint desired.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent data collection, analytic and report writing skills.
• Exceptional listening and strategic questioning skills.
• Ability to interface with a variety of people with tact and diplomacy under stress.
• Superior writing skills for executive-level correspondence.
• Professional appearance required.
