Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of healthcare experience, preferably Medicare Advantage.
• 5 years of direct provider interaction experience.
• Experience with claims research, provider setup, root cause analysis, and process improvement.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth audits of provider performance systems, including demographics, fee schedules, Looker reports and claims processes.
• Engage with providers to resolve field performance issues and ensure timely documentation.
• Oversee provider onboarding and full contract lifecycle with focus on engagement.
• Prepare for monthly performance meetings by pulling data and creating AI-assisted slide decks and action items.
