Amphenol Commercial Air is seeking a Customer Satisfaction Specialist to work out of its Sidney, NY facility. The role focuses on ensuring on-time delivery by proactively resolving bottlenecks, coordinating escalations, and serving as the primary Operations contact for customer communication and satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of MRP experience, a bachelor’s degree in business or supply chain management, and strong teamwork and analytical skills to drive improvements in delivery

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or equivalent preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience with MRP required.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure on-time delivery for critical customers.
• Proactively identify bottlenecks or potential issues that would result in late deliveries.
• Work cross-functionally with Operations, Purchasing, Process Engineering, Quality, Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Act as the Operations point of contact for customer escalations.
• Prepare and present milestones for recovery schedules or critical expedites.
• Work closely with the Customer Service team to monitor critical customer scorecards and understand the root causes impacting deliverables.
• Manage all required communications with customers on work transfer efforts.
• Coordinate product work transfers between Amphenol facilities and sub tiers while maintaining compliance with customer requirements.
