Qualifikationen

5+ years of experience in Customer Service, Planning, Purchasing, or related roles.
Experience with ERP systems, preferably QAD.
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
On-site role located in Etters, PA.

Aufgaben

Serve as primary contact for order inquiries, status, and escalations.
Coordinate planning, purchasing, inventory, and supply chain activities.
Process orders in ERP and track shipments to ensure on-time fulfillment.
Collaborate with global teams and internal departments to resolve issues.
Maintain accurate data in systems and generate reports on service metrics.
Monitor and communicate lead times and inventory levels to customers.
