Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or equivalent preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience with MRP is required.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure on-time delivery for critical customers.
• Proactively identify bottlenecks or issues causing late deliveries.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Operations, Purchasing, Process Engineering, Quality, Product Management, Marketing, Sales and Customer Service.
• Act as the Operations point of contact for customer escalations and communications.
• Prepare milestones for recovery schedules or critical expedites.
• Monitor critical customer scorecards and understand root causes affecting deliverables.
• Coordinate product work transfers between Amphenol facilities and sub-tiers while maintaining customer requirements.
