Job summary

Amphenol Corporation is seeking a Customer Service & Planning Specialist to support order management, inventory visibility, demand planning, and timely issue resolution in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will act as a key liaison between customers, internal teams, and global operations to ensure accurate orders and on-time fulfillment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in customer service or planning, experience with ERP and Excel, and the ability to coordinate across manufacturing

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer service or supply chain roles.
• Experience managing orders, inventory, and planning.
• ERP experience preferred (QAD a plus).

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for orders, availability, shipment status, and escalations.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with planning and manufacturing to align supply with demand.
• Process and maintain orders using ERP and business systems.
• Support forecasting and planning adjustments based on customer demand.
