Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma/ GED or trade school diploma (4–5 years related experience accepted in lieu).
• Microsoft Office proficiency (Word/Excel/Outlook).
• Universal CFC certification and valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs of mechanical, industrial, plumbing, structural, life safety and control systems.
• Review work orders, estimate time/materials, and manage supplies/tools.
