Job summary

CBRE is seeking an HVAC Mobile Engineer to maintain mechanical and electrical equipment for commercial HVAC across multiple facilities. The role is part of Engineering and Technical Services, focusing on preventive maintenance, repairs, and support.

You will troubleshoot, repair, and operate HVAC and related systems, including electrical distribution and plumbing, while adhering to codes and safety standards. This position involves driving company vehicles and applying practical HVAC expertise.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience.
• Meet the physical requirements including lifting 50 lbs and mobility.
• Willingness to take a new perspective and apply innovative thinking.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset; able to analyze and solve mildly complex problems.
• Strong math skills to calculate percentages, fractions, and related calculations.
