Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Mobile Engineer to keep facilities running across HVAC, building systems and equipment. You will be the frontline expert ensuring reliability, safety, and performance wherever you're needed.

In this hands-on role you will oversee maintenance and repairs, review work orders, implement preventive maintenance, and ensure compliance with codes as well as safety standards. Strong problem-solving and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or trade school diploma with 4–5 years of related experience.
• In lieu of a diploma, combination of experience and education considered.
• Universal CFC certification and valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and repairs to building systems to meet standards.
• Review work orders and estimate time/materials; manage supplies and tools.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs and respond to emergencies.
• Ensure building systems (HVAC, fire alarms, plumbing) operate within design specs.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety policies.
