Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Mobile HVAC Engineer to oversee preventive maintenance and corrective repairs for building systems. You will work across mechanical, industrial, plumbing, and control systems while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The role supports the Engineering and Technical Services function and involves field work, documentation, and collaboration with internal teams. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or trade training with 4–5 years of experience,

Qualifications

Must have a high school diploma or trade school training plus 4–5 years related experience.
Universal CFC certification required.
Valid driver's license required and ability to operate company vehicles.
Strong organizational and analytical skills, with good judgment.

Responsibilities

Oversee maintenance and repairs of mechanical, industrial, plumbing, and control systems.
Review work orders, estimate time/materials, and manage inventory.
Implement preventive maintenance programs and oversee emergency repairs.
Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety directives.
Operate company vehicles to execute daily tasks and service calls.
Share knowledge and coach others within the team.
