Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in operations, recruiting, or customer-facing environments.
• Experience interviewing or recruiting for skilled trades/manufacturing roles preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct candidate interviews and basic assessments for skilled roles.
• Lead facility walkthroughs and orientations for new hires.
• Recruit at grassroots level through local trade organizations and partners.
• Serve as primary relationship owner with site leadership and client stakeholders.
• Assist workers with clock-in/out, pay questions, and performance feedback.
• Collect worker feedback and report findings to the client.
• Bridge communication between client site, Traba Ops, and Worker Support teams.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion.
