Job summary

Traba is seeking a Customer On-Site in Reading, PA to serve as the main point of contact between Traba's workforce and the client's on-site leadership. You will provide operational oversight to drive service delivery, manage day-to-day worker support, coordinate onboarding and scheduling, and ensure smooth communication among workers, site supervisors, and Traba's internal teams.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in operations or customer-facing roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional demeanor representing Traba to workers and clients.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage worker and client relationships; serve as primary site contact.
• Coordinate onboarding, start schedules, interviews, and vetting.
• Assist workers with clock-ins and pay questions; address on-site issues.
• Bridge communication between site, Traba Ops, and Worker Support teams.
• Identify performance concerns and escalate when needed.
• Oversee shift management, PPE distribution, and staffing coverage.
• Identify opportunities for account growth.
