Job summary

Traba, Inc. is seeking an On-Site Customer role to serve as the main contact between Traba’s workforce and the client’s leadership. You will oversee operations, scheduling, onboarding, and communications to ensure smooth delivery and strong relationships in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

The position is flexible from part-time to full-time (20–40 hours/week), with in-person candidate tours and significant remote work where possible. Strong communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent required; higher degree preferred.
• Experience in operations or customer-facing roles is expected.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Vetting and placement: conduct candidate tours, take headshots, run drug tests, and maintain tracker.
• Build relations with site supervisors, HR, and workers; provide timely updates and support.
• On-site onboarding: coordinate start schedules and provide onboarding materials.
• Worker support: perform regular check-ins to drive attendance and retention.
• Act as liaison between client site, Traba Ops, and Worker Support teams.
• Identify and escalate performance or site issues early and manage incidents.
• Support grassroots recruiting and collect referrals to keep pipelines warm.
• Identify opportunities for wallet growth within the account.

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent

Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred
