Job summary

Traba is seeking a Customer On-Site in Hanover, MD to be the face of our program at the manufacturing facility. You will run candidate interviews, oversee orientations, recruit skilled tradespeople, and support workers day-to-day while ensuring smooth communication between workers, site leadership, and Traba's operations team.

The role requires professionalism, sound judgment, and strong relationship-building in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; higher degree preferred.
• English required.
• 1–2+ years in operations, recruiting, or customer-facing environments.
• Experience interviewing or recruiting for skilled trades or manufacturing roles preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to coach workers and enforce standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct candidate interviews and basic assessments for skilled roles.
• Lead facility walkthroughs and orientations for new hires.
• Recruit at grassroots level through local trade organizations and partners.
• Manage client relationships and communicate updates clearly.
• Assist workers with attendance, pay questions, and performance feedback.
• Collect feedback and report findings to improve the program.
• Coordinate communications between site, Traba Ops, and Worker Support.
• Identify opportunities to grow the account.
