Traba is seeking a Customer On-Site in Hanover, MD to be the face of our program at the manufacturing facility. You will run candidate interviews, oversee orientations, recruit skilled tradespeople, and support workers day-to-day while ensuring smooth communication between workers, site leadership, and Traba's operations team.

As a Customer On-Site, you'll be the main point of contact between Traba's workforce and our client's on-site leadership team at a manufacturing facility in Hanover, MD that supports data center production. You'll be Traba's face inside the facility. You'll run candidate interviews and orientations, recruit skilled tradespeople, support workers day to day, and keep communication flowing between workers, site leadership, and Traba's internal operations team.
This role calls for professionalism, sound judgment in evaluating candidates, and the ability to build strong relationships while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Candidate Interviews & Assessments: Conduct interviews and administer basic arithmetic tests for skilled roles, including Assemblers, Wirers, Fabrication Operators, Material Handlers, and Welders.
Walkthroughs & Orientation: Lead facility walkthroughs with candidates and run orientations for new hires. Oversee worker vetting and onboarding end-to-end.
Skilled-Trade Recruiting: Recruit at the grassroots level through local trade organizations and community partners to source candidates for specialized roles.
Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary relationship owner with site leadership. Manage communication with the business on open job reqs and worker matters.
Worker Support & Performance: Help workers with clock-in/out and time issues, pay questions, and performance feedback. Escalate issues to internal teams as needed.
Feedback & Continuous Improvement: Collect worker feedback and report findings to the client to improve the program.
Communication & Reporting: Act as the bridge between the client site, Traba Ops, and Worker Support teams, and communicate key updates, attendance issues, and staffing changes clearly and professionally.
Issue Resolution: Spot worker performance concerns or site challenges early and work to resolve them. Handle incident management and escalations.
Account Growth: Identify and drive expansion opportunities within the account.
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
English required.
1–2+ years of experience in operations, recruiting, or customer-facing environments, including but not limited to: staffing, manufacturing, warehouse, retail, food service, teaching, or on-site coordination.
Experience interviewing or recruiting for skilled trades or manufacturing roles strongly preferred.
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills (email and in-person).
Professional demeanor and ability to represent Traba with both workers and client stakeholders.
Polished and presentable in a customer-facing environment.
Warm, friendly, and approachable, with the ability to coach workers and confidently enforce standards.
Organized, detail-oriented, and a proactive problem solver.
