Job summary

Traba, Inc. is seeking a Customer On-Site to serve as the main liaison between Traba's workforce and the client's leadership at the facility.

You will coordinate onboarding, scheduling, worker support, and clear communication among workers, site supervisors, and Traba's operations team, in a fast-paced warehouse/manufacturing setting. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering strong service delivery and account

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; higher degree preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• 1–2+ years in operations or customer-facing environments (staffing, manufacturing, warehouse, etc.).
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Professional demeanor representing Traba.
• Polished and presentable in a customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Worker & Client Relationship Management: Build relationships with site supervisors and workers; be the primary relationship owner with supervisors and site contacts.
• On-Site Coordination: Facilitate onboarding, interviews, start schedules, and vetting of workers end-to-end.
• Worker Support & Performance: Assist with clock-ins, pay questions, and performance feedback; escalate as needed.
• Communication & Reporting: Bridge between client site, Traba Ops, and Worker Support with clear updates.
• Issue Resolution: Flag performance concerns and handle incident management and escalations.
• Operational Execution: Ensure staffing coverage, shift management, and PPE distribution.
• Account Growth: Identify and drive wallet expansion opportunities within the account.
