Job summary

Traba, Inc. is hiring a Customer On-Site to serve as the main contact between Traba's workforce and the client's leadership team at the facility.

The role focuses on operational oversight, onboarding, scheduling, and maintaining strong relationships with workers and site supervisors in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will coordinate interviews, start dates, vetting, drug testing, and day-to-day support, while ensuring timely communication across teams and delivering a positive worker

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required; higher education is preferred.
• Experience in operations or customer-facing environments (staffing, manufacturing, warehouse, retail, food service) is beneficial.
• Strong verbal and written communication, professional demeanor, and ability to represent Traba with workers and client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with site supervisors and workers; serve as the primary relationship owner at the facility.
• Coordinate onboarding, start schedules, and interviews for new hires (e.g., forklift operators).
• Oversee worker vetting, drug testing, onboarding end-to-end, and onboarding check-ins.
• Assist workers with clock-ins, pay questions, and performance feedback; escalate issues as needed.
• Communicate updates and staffing changes clearly between client site, Traba Ops, and Worker Support teams.
