Qualifications

• 5+ years of providing end user support in an enterprise level organization or similar environment.
• Experience administering a Windows computing environment (Windows 10, Office 365, Active Directory).
• Experience imaging using SCCM to create collections and push software.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site end-user computing support across multiple learning locations.
• Manage service requests through the ticketing system, meeting SLA targets for response and resolution times.
