Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated communication and delegation skills; adaptable to changing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily work assignment queue and adjust task priorities for efficient processing and on-time completion.
• Coordinate and allocate trailer moves with yard spotter; manage outbound order allocations balancing inventory and workflow requirements.
• Identify, track, and resolve workflow issues such as stockouts, overages, shortages, damages, and outbound exceptions.
• Use WMS, Microsoft Office, and related apps to track workflow and document adjustments; ensure cost-effective processes.
