Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of related warehouse experience.
• Knowledge of warehouse practices, policies, and procedures.
• Ability to teach, coach, and delegate tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assign daily tasks to warehouse staff to ensure workflow and coverage.
• Monitor operations on the warehouse floor and provide real-time problem-solving.
• Assist with scheduling and planning of warehouse activities.
• Operate material handling equipment as needed to support workflow.
