Job summary

CJ Logistics America is seeking a Warehouse Lead to coordinate daily warehouse operations, coach staff, and drive safety, quality, and productivity. The role oversees task assignments, problem-solving on the floor, and collaboration with supervision to meet targets.

The position requires forklift and pallet jack operation, strong communication, and the ability to train teams in a fast-paced environment. On-site location with weekend shifts offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of related warehouse experience.
• Able to operate forklift equipment and electric pallet jacks.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assign daily tasks to warehouse staff to ensure efficient workflow.
• Monitor operations and provide real-time problem-solving support.
• Assist with scheduling and planning of warehouse activities.
• Perform production work with material handling equipment as needed.
• Coach and train staff on procedures and safety practices.
• Lead by example to promote safety, quality and productivity.
