Job summary

CJ Logistics America in the United States is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead and develop the warehouse team, driving safety, productivity, and quality at the Logistics Center. You will coach Supervisors and frontline staff, coordinate with HR, Customer Service, and Shared Services, and implement training to achieve targets.

The role emphasizes professional leadership, accountability, and a positive, inclusive work environment, with a focus on meeting customer requirements and company goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience managing teams and leading supervisors.
• Strong leadership, organization, and cross-functional teamwork.
• Solid understanding of warehouse operations in distribution/manufacturing.
• Commitment to a safe work environment and safety culture.
• Excellent planning, communication, and interpersonal skills with emotional intelligence.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume setting.
• Ecommerce experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership across the team and communicate clear expectations.
• Inspire and engage employees to perform at their best and uphold consistency.
• Lead and participate in site management meetings and employee round tables.
• Train, coach, and develop Warehouse Supervisors and frontline staff.
• Monitor performance and drive improvements to meet safety, quality, and productivity targets.
• Support inventory counts, scheduling, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Maintain a visible leadership presence on the warehouse floor.
