Job summary

CJ Logistics America is seeking a Workflow Coordinator to monitor and adjust daily warehouse assignments, ensuring on-time receiving, picking, and shipping. The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, cross-team collaboration, and adherence to safety standards.

The position supports efficient operations and continuous improvement, with a hybrid work environment and potential evenings or weekends based on needs.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
1–3 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Basic math and reading skills.

Responsibilities

Monitor the daily work assignment queue and adjust task priorities to ensure efficient processing and on-time completion.
Coordinate and allocate trailer moves with yard spotter, including yard-to-door and door-to-yard activities.
Manage product allocation for outbound orders, balancing inventory availability and workflow requirements.
Identify, track, and resolve workflow issues such as stockouts, overages, shortages, damages, and outbound exceptions.
