Job summary

Via is seeking a Support Operations Specialist to support our driver-partners and riders in a fast-paced, intermodal transit environment. This is an in-person role based at our Summit County, Utah office near Park City, with shift hours from 3:00 PM to 1:00 AM.

You will be the frontline liaison, solving a range of customer issues, delivering outstanding service, and sharing feedback to improve products and experiences across teams.

Qualifications

• Clear communicator with strong reading and writing skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, notably Salesforce, is a plus.
• Team player who takes ownership and can handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as front-line support for driver-partners.
• Handle a fast-paced range of customer issues.
• Become proficient in Via services and promote them to riders.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to riders.
• Identify trends and pain points to propose improvements.
• Channel feedback to tech, marketing, design and product teams.
