Via is hiring a Support Operations Specialist to assist our driver-partners and riders from our Summit County, Utah office. The role is an in-person position with a 3:00PM-1:00AM shift, located near Park City, UT, delivering exceptional service in a dynamic, growing transportation technology company.

You will handle customer issues, deepen product knowledge, and collaborate with technology, marketing, design, and product teams to improve the rider and driver experience.

Qualifications

• Clear communication and writing skills.
• Experience handling a variety of customer issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as front-line support for driver-partners and riders.
• Tackle a range of customer issues with a positive, service-first mindset.
• Document and relay customer feedback to product, design, and marketing teams.
• Identify trends and pain points to brainstorm value-adding improvements.
