Job summary

Via is seeking a Support Operations Specialist to join our in-person team at our Summit County, Utah office near Park City. You will be the first line of support for driver-partners and riders, handling a variety of customer issues with empathy and efficiency.

Hours are 3:00PM-1:00AM, and you’ll contribute to service excellence in a fast-paced, growing tech company. You thrive in a collaborative environment, communicate clearly, and stay organized while balancing multiple tasks.

Qualifications

• Front-line support to driver-partners and riders.
• Able to handle diverse customer issues promptly.
• Excellent written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the front line, supporting our driver-partners
• Tackle an array of customer issues in a fast-paced environment
• Become an expert on our services and promote Via
• Deliver exceptional customer service to riders
• Identify trends and pain points to brainstorm improvements
• Channel feedback to technology, marketing, design and product teams
