Job summary

Via is seeking a dedicated Support Operations Specialist to assist driver-partners and riders in a fast-paced, interactive environment from our Summit County, Utah office near Park City.

You will handle a variety of customer inquiries, champion service excellence, and help relay insights to multiple teams. Fluency in English is required, with Spanish a plus; expect a 3:00PM–1:00AM shift and on-site collaboration in Utah.

Qualifications

• Excellent reading and writing skills, and clear communication.
• Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite; CRM experience a plus (Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Serve as front line, supporting driver-partners.
• Tackle a wide array of customer issues in a fast-paced environment.
• Become an expert on Via services and promote them to riders and partners.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to riders.
• Identify trends and pain points; brainstorm improvements to the customer experience.
• Channel feedback to technology, marketing, design, and product teams.
