Job summary

DAG Tech seeks a Tier II IT Support Engineer to fulfill a key role on our Engineering Operations team in Los Angeles. You will provide front-line support and manage technology systems, interfacing directly with end-users on a range of platforms.

This on-site, full-time role covers configurations, troubleshooting, onboarding/offboarding, and documentation. You’ll work across Windows, Mac, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and Zoom, delivering high-quality service desk support.

Qualifications

• Provides front-line IT support to end-users across desktops and mobile devices.
• Maintains professional communication and writing to document issues and resolutions.
• Supports onboarding/offboarding processes and access management.
