Job summary

DAG Tech seeks a Tier II IT Support Engineer in Washington DC to join the Engineering Operations team. You will provide front-line service desk support, manage technology systems, and interface with end-users to deliver reliable IT solutions.

Responsibilities include configuring devices, troubleshooting hardware and network issues, and maintaining documentation. The role is full-time, on-site, with Federal holidays and PTO included, located in Washington, DC.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting desktop, mobile, and cloud-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Support end-users with efficient resolutions across devices and platforms.

• Create and maintain accurate technical documentation and time tracking.
