Job summary

Avison Young in the United States is seeking a Tenant Services Coordinator to manage day-to-day property services for tenants, process invoices, maintain certificates of insurance, manage AR, and support the Property Manager.

You will be the on-site first contact for tenant requests, coordinate with engineers, vendors, and staff, and help with billing, move-ins/outs, events, and record keeping.

Qualifications

• One to three years of related experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication, accuracy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the first point of contact for tenant service calls and issues.
• Directs tenant service requests to staff or vendors for resolution.
• On-site support for tenant relations and move-ins/outs.
• Prepare vendor contracts, lease abstracts, and obtain bids.
• Assist with billing, rent collection, and invoice processing in YARDI.
• Maintain records, insurance certificates, and tenant contact lists.
