Job summary

VIS Group seeks a diligent leasing/coordinator to handle tenant communications, owner relations, and the full leasing cycle for our properties. You will process applications, manage move-ins/move-outs, and oversee renewals while coordinating with owners and staff.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to adapt to software systems used in property management. A customer-focused, proactive approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interact with a variety of customers to resolve their concerns.
• Well versed in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, etc.) and able to learn association software systems.
• Must be self-directed.
• High level of organization and time management skills.
• Higher than typical knowledge of computers and software.
• Works well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with tenants/lease applicants.
• Communicate with owners/landlords.
• Address walk-ins.
• Process payments (holding fee, rents, deposits etc.).
• Market available properties.
• Process tenant applications, send approval/rejection letters.
• Oversee leasing process (move-ins, interim inspections, move-outs).
• Oversee move-out process (take pictures, complete checklists, prepare work orders).
• Oversee lease renewal process.
• Create legal notices for tenants.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
