Job summary

Avison Young | US is seeking a Tenant Services Coordinator to manage day-to-day property services for tenants, coordinate invoices, tenant work requests, and insurance certificates, and support the Property Manager.

You will be the on-site point of contact for tenant relations, assist with tenant move-ins/outs and events, and help with billing, rent collection, and records. Strong communication and 1–3 years of related experience are required.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the first point of contact for tenant service calls, requests, and issues. Directs requests to appropriate staff or contractors for resolution.
• On-site support for tenant relations; maintains relationships with tenants and vendors; coordinates move-ins/outs and tenant events; orients new tenants to policies.
• Prepares vendor service contracts, updates lease abstracts, and obtains vendor bids for work/services.
• Assists with day-to-day property operations per policies; manages insurance certificates, tenant and vendor contacts, and building access records.
• Handles billing, rent collection, invoicing, data entry into YARDI, sundry billings, and purchase orders; coordinates rent roll-up and monthly owner reports.
• Performs general admin tasks: filing, phones, mail, correspondence to tenants, supplies, data entry, and visits.
• Other duties may include card key programming back-up, fire safety coordination, emergency manuals, training records, and certificate retention.
