TRC Talent Solutions is hiring an Entry Level Tech Support Specialist in Ocala, FL. The role is fully on-site, with responsibilities spanning hardware/software troubleshooting, installations, and customer support.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in related tech roles and a Bachelor's in computer technology or a related field. Expect a structured schedule and opportunities to grow across hardware, networking, SQL, QA, and field support.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in computer repair or technical support.
• Strong PC hardware troubleshooting skills and Windows OS knowledge.
• Experience installing or supporting hardware, networking gear, or systems.
• Lift up to 20 pounds and travel ~10% for installations.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot PC hardware and Windows OS.
• Provide Tier II support via phone, remote, and onsite visits.
• Diagnose and repair hardware, software, networking, and electronics issues.
• Install and configure SQL Express, IIS, and proprietary apps.
• Perform onsite installation, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Train customers on system operation and software usage.
• Assist with QA testing, validation, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Operations on solutions.
• Maintain inventory records and service logs.
