Qualifications

• 2+ years installing, maintaining, and supporting workstation hardware.
• 2+ years of customer service and technical support experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Windows.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Network+ or equivalent.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, OS, and IT issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve medium- to high-complexity problems.
• Install, configure, maintain, and support desktop/workstation hardware.
• Install and support software applications and operating systems.
• Support Microsoft products including Windows, Office 365, and Outlook.
• Monitor Service Desk queue and resolve tickets.
• Diagnose issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Assist with AV and video conferencing equipment.
• Coordinate service calls for warranty and non-warranty equipment.
• Maintain technical documentation and knowledge base.
• Assist with IT projects and cross-team coordination.
• Provide informal end-user training and guidance.
• Suggest procedures to prevent recurring issues.
