Job summary

BuzzClan is seeking an experienced Desktop Support/Workstation Support Technician for a long-term onsite opportunity in Tallahassee, Florida. The role covers desktop, workstation, hardware and software support and requires advanced troubleshooting to resolve issues.

As a Tier 2 technical specialist, you will manage printers, smartphones and other IT devices, perform root cause analyses, and maintain thorough technical documentation. CompTIA A+/Network+ certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or an Associate/Bachelor’s Degree in IT/CS, or relevant technical certifications.
• Experience providing desktop/workstation hardware and software support.
• Flexibility to cover 7:00 AM–7:00 PM with possible Saturday on-call rotation.
