Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a Customer Service Representative / Technical Support Specialist for an on-site role in the Worthington/Lewis Center area. You will assist customers via phone, email, and chat, troubleshoot mobile devices, and coordinate with providers to resolve issues, ensuring high satisfaction.

The position requires a high school diploma, at least six months of customer service experience, and ATF security clearance with background check.

Qualifications

• ATF security clearance with background check required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of six months’ experience in a customer service role.
• Basic proficiency with computers and smartphones.
• Experience with wireless devices preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat with accurate information.
• Process and enter orders for new or additional products and services.
• Assist customers with questions about mobile devices and resolve technical issues.
• Troubleshoot devices and assist with setup and provisioning with providers/technicians.
• Address complaints and escalate when required to the appropriate specialist.
• Collaborate with providers, IT Help Desks, and internal teams to maintain service standards.
• Maintain precise customer records of interactions and inquiries.
• Perform data entry and general administrative support as needed.
