Job summary

Everforth Apex is seeking an Associate Tech Support Analyst in Merrifield, Virginia, on-site five days a week. You will image and deploy devices for onboarding, handle end-to-end hardware break/fix, and manage software requests.

The role emphasizes strong communication and experience with ticketing systems to document activities and provide daily status updates. The ideal candidate has 1–5 years in desktop support and familiarity with IT service management tools such as ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of desktop or technical support experience.
• Experience with an IT service management tool such as ServiceNow or an equivalent ticketing system.

Responsibilities

• Image and deploy laptops and desktops for onboarding.
• Provide end-to-end break/fix hardware support and troubleshooting.
• Fulfill software installation, update, and troubleshooting requests.
• Recover assets through IT asset return and offboarding procedures, including scanning devices.
• Test returned devices through the RMA process.
• Support the virtual environment, including VM requests and related issues.
• Use a ticketing system to manage and document support activities.
• Provide daily updates and status reports on technical tasks.
