Qualifications

• 1-2 years of IT experience supporting mobile devices, tablets, and end-user technology.
• Background in a customer-facing environment with end-users.
• Associate's degree or higher in information technology or an IT certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Configure, deploy, and support tablets, mobile phones, and other end-user devices.
• Install, diagnose, repair, maintain, and upgrade PC hardware and equipment.
• Provide first-level support for mobile devices via phone, email, or tickets.
• Work with MDM tools for asset, update, and endpoint management.
