Job summary

EY is seeking an on-site technical support professional to join the Los Angeles area team, with occasional travel to client sites. You will own AV and IT support duties to keep operations running and customers supported.

You will troubleshoot Windows and Mac environments, manage ServiceNow tickets, support Teams and Surface Hub devices, and assist with event and meeting setups. Some after-hours support may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of on-site technical support experience or related degree.
• Experience with Windows and Mac OS and MS applications.
• Strong AV knowledge including Surface Hub, Crestron, Teams Rooms.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support for Windows, Mac and AV systems.
• Troubleshoot PC, MAC, AV and network issues and manage ServiceNow tickets.
• Support Microsoft applications and conferencing tools including Teams and Surface Hub.
• Install, configure, relocate and troubleshoot printers and AV hardware.
• Assist with event and meeting support and travel to client sites as needed.
• Offer VIP or white glove support and remote hands assistance guided by the network operations team.
