Job summary

A+E Global Media in Los Angeles seeks a Technology Support Specialist (Temporary) to serve as the primary on-site IT partner for the LA office while supporting employees remotely across locations. You will own Tier 2 escalations end-to-end, ensure endpoint readiness, and document processes to reduce future tickets.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in an IT support role.
• Experience supporting executives and VIP users.
• Strong customer mindset with a drive to improve the experience.
• Experience in broadcast/media preferred.

Responsibilities

• Tier 2 technical support and escalations for VIP users; on-site in LA and remote across locations.
• Endpoint readiness and documentation; keep endpoints compliant and create/update clear docs.
• Quality and reporting; meet SLAs/KPIs and use ITSM to report trends.
• Training, onboarding, and local office IT projects.
