Job summary

EY wavespace is seeking an AV Technology Support Specialist to provide on-site, end-to-end AV and IT support for meetings and events across the Washington area. You will deploy hardware, manage software, diagnose incidents, and coordinate with EY Technology teams and vendors to ensure seamless sessions.

The role requires 3–5 years of AV/end-user support experience, strong English communication, and the ability to work with diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in AV/end-user technology support and live event management/production.
• Strong communication and customer service skills; ability to work with all levels.

Responsibilities

• Assist with local on-site and off-site support for wavespace meetings and events, including network, AV, and hardware provisioning.
• Deploy and test hardware/software for end users and wavespace team; set up of hardware.
• Repair and reinstallation of end-user and lab hardware to resolve incidents; maintain AV systems.
• Support AV software and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Teams, BlueJeans, Webex, Zoom).
• Coordinate with vendors and track incidents in ServiceNow; provide after-hours support when needed.
