Job summary

EY is seeking an On-Site Technician to support Southern California offices with AV, IT and network tasks. You will work primarily on-site in LA with occasional travel to other EY locations or events, configuring devices and ensuring meetings run smoothly, while supporting Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365 apps.

The role involves handling Surface Hub, Crestron, MTR connectivity, and various AV equipment, with VIP/White Glove service and potential after-hours work.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of on-site technical support or related degree.
• Experience with Windows and macOS; familiarity with Microsoft 365 apps.
• Ability to troubleshoot AV and network issues and provide VIP/White Glove support.

Responsibilities

• Providing support to all customers within your coverage location(s).
• Troubleshooting and problem solving for PC, MAC, AV, and network connectivity.
• ServiceNow ticket management and SLA awareness.
• Supporting Microsoft Windows and MAC operating systems.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft applications: Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Office365.
• Asset management from acquisition to disposal.
• Printer support, installation and relocation.
• Event and Meeting Support on-site or off-site.
• Occasional travel to support EY locations or events.
• Provide remote hands support with network operations.
• VIP/White Glove support.
• Occasional after-hours support may be required.
