Job summary

TechDigital Group is seeking an EBC AV Engineer to provide onsite Audio/Visual and end-user computing support. You will configure, troubleshoot, and maintain conference rooms, AV systems, and devices, including Neat boards and IP phones, for executive meetings.

The role requires hands-on support for Mac and Windows devices, networking concepts, and ServiceNow ticketing. This onsite-only position emphasizes strong customer service and clear communication within a fast-paced FS team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years Mac experience in an Enterprise environment is required.
• Strong knowledge of Mac OSX with hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting Windows and Mac devices, networking concepts, and ticket management.
• Experience with video conferencing and AV systems is essential.
• Experience with ServiceNow ticketing and on-site AV support.

Responsibilities

• Provide AV conferencing support as part of the FS Team.
• Coordinate remote troubleshooting with on-site technicians.
• Configure, troubleshoot, setup, and maintain AV systems and conference rooms.
• Independently manage critical AV meetings including executive sessions.
• Handle ad-hoc AV support requests from MDs, Directors, and Expats.
• Provide installation, testing, and on-demand support for IP Phones and AV devices.
• Configure iPads for conference room calendar integration.
• Perform daily device checks of AV equipment and support vendors on-site.
• Operate Neat devices and other AV hardware as needed.
• Support end-user computing devices: desktops, laptops, Apple devices, tablets, thin clients, mobile devices.
• Audit stockroom peripherals and laptops and dispose per policy.
• Resolve tickets within SLAs using ServiceNow.
