Job summary

AVI-SPL is seeking an Onsite Support Technician to act as the primary on-site contact for customers and events. You will help prepare meeting spaces, configure equipment, and troubleshoot AV issues while delivering professional, high-quality customer service.

You’ll work with customers and internal teams, travel to different sites as needed, and maintain a welcoming, safe, and well-organized environment during events. Prior VIP meeting support is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of AV equipment and meeting room technology.
• Proven experience providing on-site meeting support and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the onsite point of contact for VIP meetings and events.
• Assist with setup, configuration, and breakdown of meeting spaces and equipment.
• Provide basic AV troubleshooting and equipment handling.
• Ensure meeting materials and facilities are prepared and functional prior to events.
• Greet VIP guests professionally and assist attendees.
• Document issues and resolutions for continuous improvement.
• Travel to various customer sites as required.
