Job summary

A+E Global Media in Los Angeles is seeking a Tier 2 Technology Support Specialist (Temporary) to serve as the primary on-site IT partner for the LA office, while supporting teammates remotely across locations. You will own on-site escalations, provide high-touch support for executives and production staff, document solutions, and help shift left by improving processes and knowledge.

Qualifications

• Must have 3–5 years of experience in an IT support role.
• Experience supporting executives and VIP users is preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and customer-service mindset required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Tier 2 technical support and escalations (onsite and remote) for VIP users.
• Maintain endpoint readiness and clear documentation to reduce repeat requests.
• Meet SLAs, KPIs, and CSAT, using ITSM tools to report trends.
