Go Fractional is seeking a Talent Partner (Contractor Position) for a 6-month, full-time, on-site role. The candidate will drive end-to-end recruiting across the US and India and support general HR operations as priorities evolve.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience across all levels.
• Willingness to support HR operations as priorities evolve.
• Familiarity with recruitment software (ATS) and HRIS.
• Knowledge of employment guidelines and HR compliance.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruiting: drive full lifecycle recruiting across all levels, manage approvals, intake, sourcing, assessments, interviews, offers and closures.
• Talent Pipelining: build pipelines for current and future hiring needs with leaders.
• Candidate Experience & Employer Branding: ensure positive journey and transparent communication; promote culture, opportunities and benefits.
• Process Optimization: train hiring managers, optimize ATS, keep templates up to date.
• Reporting & Vendor Management: track KPIs and manage relations with agencies and vendors.
• Onboarding Logistics: coordinate onboarding documents for new joiners.
• Data & Administration: assist HRIS updates and employee records.
• Employee Inquiries: respond to standard HR policy questions.
• Ad-Hoc Projects: support audits and engagement initiatives.
