Job summary

Go Fractional is seeking a highly organized contract recruiter to partner with hiring managers across Product, Engineering, GTM, Finance & Ops, and Marketing. The role is a 3-month contract at 20-30 hours per week, remote in the United States.

You will source, screen, and close exceptional talent, optimizing workflows and maintaining clean ATS records. This is an opportunity to prove impact quickly in a high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in tech startups or agencies.
• Proven success hiring for niche roles with high standards.
• Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer close.
• Build pipelines of passive technical candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Ashby.
• Calibrate role requirements with hiring managers and provide data-driven updates.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for complex roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to align on needs and strategies.
• Provide a high-touch candidate experience.
• Improve recruiting practices using data and workflows.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms to build top-funnel pipeline.
• Screen resumes and conduct video screens to assess fit and communication.
• Coordinate interviews across time zones using Ashby.
• Maintain candidate records and pipeline in Ashby.
• Support recruiting operations as needed.
• Communicate clearly with candidates and stakeholders.
