Job summary

Go Fractional is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter for a 12-month contract, roughly 40 hours per week. You will collaborate with our in-house People team to design sourcing strategies and nurture candidates through the full recruiting lifecycle.

You'll partner with hiring managers, conduct screens, and keep processes moving with a high-touch experience. The role demands a seasoned recruiter comfortable in fast-changing environments and owning data-informed decisions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of recruiting experience in a high-growth tech environment.
• Ability to step into searches or recruiting workflows with minimal ramp-up.
• Strong sourcing skills and pipeline building for hard-to-find talent.
• Experience engaging with hiring managers and guiding candidates through processes.
• Comfort with fast-changing environments and ambiguity.
• Data-informed approach to recruiting and a high standard for follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute sourcing strategies for technical and non-technical searches.
• Conduct candidate outreach and nurture promising candidates through the process.
• Support interview scheduling and coordination to keep processes moving.
• Step into recruiter screens or candidate conversations as needed.
• Partner with hiring managers on searches, pipelines, and priorities.
• Provide a high-touch candidate experience and maintain data hygiene in ATS.
