Job summary

Go Fractional is seeking a Senior Recruiter in Boca Raton, FL to own the full-cycle recruiting process across business and technical roles. The role focuses on attracting top talent, managing candidate experience, and coordinating offers and onboarding for a 12-month contract.

You will partner with hiring managers, develop job descriptions, manage the pipeline, and drive salary recommendations while ensuring a smooth hiring process and a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of corporate and technical recruiting experience.
• Experience managing multiple searches, projects and client relationships in high growth technical environments.
• Strong interviewing and candidate research to convey company values and mission.
• Experience building talent sourcing initiatives with various sourcing tools and platforms (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter).
• Ability to build relationships and establish trust with candidates and hiring teams quickly.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Rippling) and recruiting marketing tools.
• Ability to prioritize and execute in ambiguity and change.

Responsibilities

• Own the full cycle recruiting process for roles across business and technical departments.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions, identify candidates, manage candidate experience, and negotiate offers.
• Manage the inbound applicant pipeline and identify passive job seekers using sourcing tactics.
• Provide a positive candidate experience from application to offer, including salary recommendations and smooth onboarding handoff.
• Move candidates through interview processes, collect feedback, and keep stakeholders updated on status.
